What is the Grant?
50% of profits are given as grants to women in all stages of their engineering and construction careers, by providing 12 month memberships to Professional Australia or NAWIC (National Association Women In Construction). Professional Australia provide support to professional employees. (professionalsaustralia.org.au) NAWIC NAWIC provides a forum for members to meet and exchange information, ideas and solutions. www.nawic.com.au.
What are the Grant terms?
Eligible grant recipients will:
- currently be working in engineering or construction
- be female
- will provide a commitment to support other women in construction, and will provide details of how they have actively done this
- grant recipients' privacy will be retained by Feel Good Friday and their status will not be published by Feel Good Friday without their permission.
How will grant applications be assessed?
Grants will be opened and closed on an agreed dates annually.
Grant applications will be reviewed by a Feel Good Friday Grant Team.
We would love to give everyone who applies a grant. If a applicant has previously been the recipient of a grant, they may not be eligible for a further grant in the subsequent year.
